If you have been blocked or your chat has been banned, it could be because you were either using abusive language or were spamming inside the class. Any violation of established class decorum or expected learner behavior might result in being reported by the Educator, which then is reviewed by the Unacademy Learner Support team. Depending on the severity of the case, a ban or blockage can be imposed on you.
Getting banned can affect your access to the Unacademy platform.

What are the consequences of getting banned?
If you are banned for the 1st time, the chat option during live classes will remain blocked for 2 days for you.

In normal spamming cases, you will be let off with a warning but in case the behavior continues, it will affect your access to the platform.
