Please note that the Go Live widget is only available 15 mins before the class start time.
In case you are facing any issue with your camera or microphone, please follow the steps mentioned in the Troubleshooting Video.
Troubleshooting steps for video-related issues
Click on the Lock icon at the top of your screen, near the URL. Check if access to the Camera is allowed. If it is blocked, change it to Allow.
Go to Class Settings in the Live Class dashboard and select Audio & Video. Change Audio & Video settings and select the camera device that you want to use.
Search for Camera Privacy Settings on your Windows and open the camera settings.
Turn on the toggle to enable the camera.
It is also recommended to check if your camera is getting blocked due to any existing Antivirus settings.
Troubleshooting steps for audio-related issues
Click on the Lock icon on the top of your screen, near the URL. Check if access to the Microphone is allowed. If it is blocked, change it to Allow.
Search for Microphone Privacy Settings on your Windows and open the microphone settings.
Turn on the toggle to enable the microphone.
Right-click on the Speaker icon at the bottom-right corner of the Windows screen.
Click on Open Volume Mixer.
Double click on the System Sounds.
Select the Recording tab and right-click on the Microphone which is currently active. Keep only one microphone device active at a time.
Click on Properties.
Select the Levels tab and unmute the microphone if it is on mute. Now, refresh the Live Class page and try to go live again.
It is also recommended to check if your microphone is getting blocked due to any existing Antivirus settings.

You are advised to start the Live Class at least 15 minutes prior to the class start time so that you get ample time to follow the troubleshooting steps, in case any unforeseen issue occurs.
