How can I reach out to the Unacademy Educator Support team?


You can now reach out to Unacademy Educator Support through the Web or through Educator App. These quick walkthrough videos will help you navigate. You can also refer to the steps mentioned below.


Steps to reach out to Support through Web:


  1. Open Unacademy web (www.unacademy.com) and log in using your registered phone number.

  2. Once logged in, go to the bottom-right corner of the screen.

  3. Click on the Support button.

  4. Using the Search bar, you can look for any relevant articles around your query/issue.

  5. If you want to reach out to the Support team directly, click on the Provide basis details for a call-back button.

  6. You will see an auto-filled form with all your basic details, like Name, Email & Phone number. Change the details if required. 

  7. To proceed, select your issue type and describe your issue in brief in the Description box.

  8. Attach screenshots or relevant documents in the dropbox below.

  9. Now, click on the Call Me button, and someone from the team will reach out to you!


Steps to reach out to Support through Educator App:


  1. Download Unacademy Educator App, and log in using your registered phone number.

  2. Once logged in, go to your Profile.

  3. Now, click on the Educator Support button.

  4. You will see an auto-filled form with all your basic details, like Name, Email & Phone number. Change the details if required. 

  5. To proceed, select your issue type and describe your issue in brief in the Description box.

  6. Attach screenshots or relevant documents in the dropbox below.

  7. Now, click on the Call Me button, and someone from the team will reach out to you!



Please note that the team is operational from 6:00 AM to 1:00 AM (IST).
